It is the avowed purpose of this association to unite all persons within its jurisdiction for economic, professional, and social advancement. It shall be the aim of the association to secure for its members adequate compensation for the performance of their professional duties and to improve conditions of employment, accomplished though collective bargaining, collective legal actives, collective efforts in all areas of labor representation, collective legislative and political activity, and collective attempts to insure themselves and their families against health, disability, accident, and any other problems that may occur.
